Attunement Aura (aura, divine) 1 zone. Allied starships in the aura gain a +1-zone status bonus to Speed (if dragon is photon-attuned), or enemies take a –1-zone status penalty to Speed (if dragon is graviton-attuned). These effects apply at the start of the starship’s turn and end at the start of its next turn.

Cosmic Attunement (divine) The dragon is always attuned to an underlying stellar force: either photons or gravitons. They can swap attunement as a free action once at the start of their turn in combat and is otherwise attuned to whichever force they choose at any time outside of combat. While photon-attuned, the dragon's melee Strikes deal an additional 2d6 fire damage; while graviton-attuned, their melee Strikes deal additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage plus the target becomes off-guard until the end of the dragon's current turn. The damage of their cosmic blast Strike is determined by their current attunement (fire for photons and bludgeoning for gravitons), as are the effects of some of their other abilities.
Draconic Frenzy [two-actions] The dragon makes two claw Strikes and one tail Strike in any order.
Draconic Momentum The dragon recharges their Stellar Breath whenever they score a critical hit with a Strike.
Stellar Breath [two-actions] (colddivine) The dragon unleashes divine power like that from the core of a star or black hole, dealing 4d10 cold damage in a 1-zone cone (DC 22 basic Will save). Starships immune to cold damage take bludgeoning or fire damage instead (see cosmic attunement). The dragon can't use Stellar Breath for 1d4 rounds.

Pact Worlds

The strength of the Pact Worlds is in the diversity of its signature planets and the inclusiveness of its allied systems. Its starships are prime examples of the advantages of integrating both magic and technology from a variety of cultures. While each corporation relies on branding based in the traditions of their home world, beneath the chassis of these ships lie both components and weaponry engineered from what was once alien technology. And thanks to the sensible regulatory standards set by AbadarCorp, the equipment used in most Pact World ships is cross-compatible with other starships, including the preinstalled language packs and accessibility settings. Nearby worlds wanting to capitalize on the availability of Pact World merchandise often include patches and extra ports to allow for Pact World technology, but this varies not only from system to system, but starship to starship.
