SFS Standard Wastewither Creature 8

When left untreated for too long, standing industrial wastewater attracts wastewithers from the elemental Plane of Water as it evaporates. Wastewithers contaminate everything they touch, turning solid ground and clean water into sludge. Many corporate dumping sites and toxic spills attract or spawn wastewithers, whose mere presence further contaminates the ecosystem.

Toxic Exhaust (aura, water) 15 feet. A poisonous mist lingers around the wastewither. When a creature enters or starts its turn in the aura, it must attempt a DC 23 Fortitude save. If the creature fails, it's sickened 1 and slowed 1 until it leaves the aura. Environmental protections or an appropriate spell provides a +2 circumstance bonus to saves against the aura.

Any creature the wastewither passes over takes 9d8 acid damage with a DC 23 basic Fortitude save. A wastewither can't use Acid Rain again for 1d4 rounds.
Contaminated Sludge [two-actions] Frequency once per day; Effect All terrain in a 30-foot emanation becomes difficult terrain for 1 minute. All creatures that enter or begin their turn in the affected area must attempt a DC 23 Fortitude save or become drained 1. This drained value is cumulative, to a maximum of drained 4.

Elementals are energetic intrusions from the primal planes of existence. They take many forms, from mindless eddies in the wind or water to complex entities capable of wielding primal magic. The advent of space travel and the progress of technology have allowed even more living embodiments of the elements to manifest in the Universe.

Natural events like wildfires, solar storms, and floods can unleash hordes of unruly elementals on a planet or into a region of space. Sometimes, a gathering of powerful elementals causes a natural disaster on an epic scale, like an off-the-charts solar flare that fries a planet's power grid or a ceaseless storm swirling in a gas giant's atmosphere.
