When left untreated for too long, standing industrial wastewater attracts wastewithers from the elemental
Plane of Water as it evaporates. Wastewithers contaminate everything they touch, turning solid ground and clean water into sludge. Many corporate dumping sites and toxic spills attract or spawn wastewithers, whose mere presence further contaminates the ecosystem.
