SFS Standard Flarysca Creature 7

What seem to be glimmering motes of dust drifting in a sunbeam might be the scattered forms of flaryscas drifting across space, dormant but poised to ignite at any moment. Flaryscas materialize ethereally within a sun's rays, dancing to the farthest reaches of space where they flare up for a brief, intense period, then presumably fade away into repose.

While pleasant to look at, flaryscas are responsible for unexplained deaths occurring on many worlds, and even in space. Their soporific aura lulls creatures to curl up lazily in the sun, ignoring cravings for sustenance as flaryscas cavort around these slumberers. While perfect for an afternoon nap or a leshy cosmonaut in search of a snack, on rare occasions such a slumber might prove deadly.

Lazy Sunlight (aura, incapacitation, sleep) 15 feet. Creatures other than the flarysca that enter or begin their turn within the aura must attempt a DC 25 Fortitude save. On a failure, a creature becomes clumsy 1, or increases it clumsy value by 1 if it was already clumsy. If it was already clumsy 2 or greater, it instead becomes unconscious until it begins its turn outside the lazy sunlight aura. Creatures can't reduce their clumsy values while within the lazy sunlight aura. On a critical success, a creature becomes temporarily immune to lazy sunlight for 1 hour.

Elemental

Elementals are energetic intrusions from the primal planes of existence. They take many forms, from mindless eddies in the wind or water to complex entities capable of wielding primal magic. The advent of space travel and the progress of technology have allowed even more living embodiments of the elements to manifest in the Universe.

Natural events like wildfires, solar storms, and floods can unleash hordes of unruly elementals on a planet or into a region of space. Sometimes, a gathering of powerful elementals causes a natural disaster on an epic scale, like an off-the-charts solar flare that fries a planet's power grid or a ceaseless storm swirling in a gas giant's atmosphere.
