You know how to effectively and safely administer medication in dire situations. You Interact to draw a medical consumable and Activate it.
Special If you have the Inject Serum skill feat, you can use Efficient Medicator as a 2-action activity to Interact to draw a hypopen or serum, Interact to load that consumable into an injection weapon you're holding, then Strike with that weapon.

Manipulate:Actions with this trait require you to physically manipulate an item or make gestures to use. Creatures without a suitable appendage can't perform actions with this trait. Manipulate actions often trigger reactions.
