Hellknights most often study the forces of Hell to inspire their fighting styles and magic, but they might also learn to attune to the forces of the cosmos to become solarians.
Black Hole[two-actions]
The degradant deals 9d6 bludgeoning damage to each enemy creature within 30 feet with a DC 26 Fortitude save. The degradant can't use Black Hole again for 1d4 rounds.
Critical SuccessThe creature is unaffected.
SuccessThe creature takes half damage and is pulled 5 feet toward the degradant.
FailureThe creature takes full damage and is pulled 10 feet toward the degradant.
Critical FailureThe creature takes double damage, is pulled 30 feet toward the degradant, and is knocked prone.
Crush[two-actions]
The degradant uses gravity to crush an enemy within 100 feet, dealing 4d6 bludgeoning damage (DC 26 basic Fortitude save); on a critical failure, the creature takes an additional 1d6 persistent bleed damage.
Graviton Glaive
A degradant wields a solar glaive formed of solidified gravitons. They can conjure and dismiss this weapon as a single action that has the concentrate trait. Whenever they successfully Strike a creature using their graviton glaive, the creature treats all squares adjacent to the square in which it was struck as difficult terrain until the end of the creature's next turn.
Stellar Rush[two-actions](movetraversal)
The degradant Strides twice, gaining a +10-foot circumstance bonus to their Speed during these moves. When they complete these Strides, all enemies within 15 feet of the degradant are pulled 15 feet closer to the degradant unless they succeed at a DC 26 Fortitude save.
Hellknights are infernal knights, and while they once ruled entire nations on Lost Golarion, the Hellknights of the Pact Worlds enforce law and order more holistically, traveling in massive citadel starships to spread their influence rather than remaining in any one place. In battle, Hellknights are orderly, unrelenting, and deadly.
Hellknight Ranks
Hellknight officer ranks from lowest to highest are maralictor, paralictor, paravicar, vicar, and lictor. Most orders are ruled by a lictor or vicar, the military commander and captain of their citadel— often a starship built to resemble an intimidating fortress.
Hellknight Orders
The predominant Hellknight orders in the Pact Worlds include the Order of the Chain (bounty hunters who bring criminals to justice); the Order of the Crucible (Hellknights who seek improvement and perfection through grueling tests); the Order of the Eclipse (Hellknights dedicated to controlling media and information); and the Order of the Pyre (an ancient order with the goal of purging subversive texts, now with an equal focus on destroying unsavory digital media).
