Orocoran ichor lords are blessed by the Newborn—ichor flows through their veins, and they can conjure short-lived fonts of ichor. Most gather desperate orocorans around them, controlling their brethren through access to ichor.

Hallucinate (darknessmentaloccult) An ichor lord's stomach fluids are laced with hallucinogens due to their consumption of the ichor-like birthing fluids expelled by Aucturn during the hatching of the Newborn. A creature hit with the projectile vomit must succeed at a DC 28 Will save or be confused for 1 round (1d4 rounds on a critical failure).
Ichor Wellspring [three-actions] (mentaloccultreach 10 feet) Requirements The ichor lord is touching solid ground; Frequency once per hour; Effect With a psychic cry to the Newborn, the ichor lord tears open the earth, causing a geyser of hallucinogenic ichor to burst from the ground within 100 feet. This geyser occupies a 50-foot-tall cylinder with a 10-foot radius base. The base of this geyser must be on the ground or a similar solid surface, and the geyser must be oriented vertically. Each creature in the area takes 4d6 bludgeoning damage and 4d6 mental damage, with a DC 28 Reflex save. A creature pushed into the air by the geyser can't be pushed beyond the top of the geyser. After being pushed into the air, a creature falls unless it's flying, is in zero gravity, or has some other means of staying aloft in its current environment, taking falling damage as normal.

An orocoran in the area of this rain can drink the ichor once per round as a single action with the manipulate trait; if they do, they become invigorated, gaining a +2 circumstance bonus to damage rolls and resistance 5 to physical damage until the beginning of their next turn.
Lick Wounds [one-action] (arcexpend 2mag 10range increment 50 feetreload 1) Frequency once per round; Requirements A creature within reach of the ichor lord's proboscis is taking persistent bleed damage; Effect The ichor lord flicks out their proboscis and sups on the flowing blood of their enemy. The orocoran regains Hit Points equal to the target's persistent bleed value.

Orocoran

Native to the now-destroyed planet of Aucturn, orocorans are foul and desperate creatures, cast adrift in space as they yearn to consume once more the essence of the Newborn god or fragments of the womb it gestated within. They're irritable, violent, and utterly anguished.

While some orocorans have broken free of their addiction and regained their clarity of mind and sense of self, the orocorans presented here are those who still rely on Aucturn's eldritch fluids.
