A scourge to spacefarers across the galaxy and beyond, void oozes slip into the Universe from the Netherworld. These creatures float through space in eternal hibernation until they land on a planetoid or spaceship, awoken by the subtle signs of life. Entire colonies can form overnight from a single ooze lucky enough to find a battlefield, consuming the deceased and wounded in no man's land before spreading to consume the camps of war-weary soldiers.

Leechspawn [reaction] Trigger The void ooze would regain more Hit Points from its vitality siphon than its maximum Hit Points;
Effect The ooze splits into two identical oozes with half of the original's Hit Points. The new ooze appears in an adjacent unoccupied space.

Numb Senses
A living creature hit by a void ooze's pseudopod Strike must succeed at a DC
25 Fortitude save or become
dazzled and
deafened until the end of the creature's next turn (
blinded and deafened on a critical failure). This numbs all of the creature's perceptive senses (such as smell, taste, and touch), applying the dazzled and blinded conditions' effects to other precise senses the creature might have.
Shades Linger
[two-actions]
The void ooze unleashes a pulse of magical darkness in a 30-foot emanation. Nonmagical light is automatically extinguished for 1 minute. The ooze also attempts to counteract any 3rd-rank or lower magical
light effect in this area (counteract rank 3, counteract modifier
+17).
All Creatures in "Ooze"
Oozes of many types lurk in dark and abandoned places across the galaxy, emerging only to satiate their appetites and threaten adventurers, explorers, and hapless workers alike.
