Whispered Record Halfling

You're a living record of halfling history, memorizing and passing on historical records of the exploits of halflings all over the galaxy, both old and new. These records might take the form of a didactic poem that recants a halfling's ordeals against the dangers of imprudence or a long, plainly worded record, (like a journal) of a halfling's time as a soldier. You gain the Additional Lore feat for Halfling Lore. Once per day, you can Recall Knowledge about any topic using Halfling Lore with a –2 circumstance penalty.
