Roughcast Weapons Feat 4

The weapons you cobble together are bigger, meaner, and junkier. During your daily preparations, you can review the formula of one weapon upgrade in your formula book of your level or lower. Until your next daily preparations, whenever you cast junk weapon, you can Install this Upgrade even if there are no available upgrade slots. If you're a master in Crafting, you gain access to the critical specialization effects of weapons you create using junk weapon.
