Trigger An enemy within 10 feet attempts to Cast a Spell or Activate a magic item.
You emit a burst of disruptive telepathic waves that disrupt the triggering creature's magic. Attempt a counteract check against the triggering effect; your counteract rank equals half your level (rounded up), and for the roll, use your attack roll modifier with your mageslayer claw.
