Ivairan Elf

Before the advent of Drift travel or shadow drives, elves toured the galaxy on century-long voyages in great starship caravans. You're one of the ivairan, descended from these ancient elven travelers. Your family still upholds the traditions of your ancestors by exploring the galaxy, learning about the civilizations they meet in their travels, and charting new and unknown courses through the wilds of the Vast. During your daily preparations, you can reflect on what you've heard from fellow travelers and on your experiences visiting a city, space station, or planet. You gain the Additional Lore feat for a Lore subcategory about a specific place (such as Absalom Station Lore or Akiton Lore) until you make your preparations again. Since this feat is temporary, you can't use it as a prerequisite for any character option.
