Shimmering rings encircle this peach-colored gas giant, formed by countless shepherd moons gathering in mighty Liavara's orbit. Layers of gases enfold Liavara's core. Tranquil gas jungles float past spherical arcologies created to explore and study this bizarre and beautiful planet. Some of the moons clustered around Liavara appear no larger than a house, while others are the size of a dwarf planet. Only the cryptic Dreamers and the aloof hallajin seers know Liavara's secrets, and they aren't telling.
The massive gas giant known as Liavara is controlled by Confluence, a governing barathu conglomerate from the nearby planet Bretheda. Confluence strives to protect Liavara's delicate and unique ecosystems from outside contamination while sustainably managing the world's valuable gas mining resources. Many barathu corporations have established outposts on Liavara, but it's difficult for outsiders to gain a foothold on the world without a healthy dose of bribery or an insider connection. One of the few organizations who have succeeded in gaining routine access to Liavara is the Starfinder Society, which operates out of the Dreamer Lodge on the Roselight arcology. The Rose Garden is a haven for Xenowardens and their allies, who have won enough support among the city's movers and shakers to freely operate and find lucrative sponsorship deals wherever they turn.
