Heavy Exoskeleton Feat 9

Your chitinous plates have thickened in response to heavy punishment. Every bit of scar tissue that forms on your plates and every healed fracture have built your natural defenses into a protective layer that's truly a sight to behold. Your exoskeleton becomes heavy armor, and your proficiency in your exoskeleton armor becomes equal to your proficiency in medium armor. Your armor now grants a +5 item bonus to AC, has a +1 Dex cap, a check penalty of –2, a –10-foot penalty to Speed, and a Strength threshold of +3. It has a Bulk of 3 and the bulwark, comfort, and exposed traits. It's in the plate armor group. You can wear flight suits, but no other armor.
