The psychic static that shrouds your mind is a weapon as much as a defense. Whenever you use Static Shield and succeed at the triggering save, if the source of the mental effect was a creature, your psychic static lashes out at them and deals mental damage equal to half your level (or equal to your level on a critical success).

Traits

Mental:A mental effect can alter the target's mind. It has no effect on an object or a mindless creature.
Orocoran:A creature with this trait is a member of the orocoran ancestry. They are spindly aberrations mutated by the eldritch fluids of Aucturn who yearn for a new identity. An ability with this trait can be used or selected only by orocorans.
