A lack of shared language can be a pernicious challenge for negotiations, interrogations, and diplomatic relations. As part of your ambassador corps training, you learned how to quickly establish linguistic connections with others. You can attempt a Deception, Diplomacy, or Intimidation check with the linguistic trait that targets a creature that does not share a language with you. These attempts take a -4 circumstance penalty to the check. Furthermore, you can translate for your ambassador partner when they attempt any Deception, Diplomacy, or Intimidation check with the linguistic trait as a reaction with the auditory trait.
