Doom-Strengthened Feat 9

Your relationship with death has progressed such that you are empowered when you feel it near. You can use the Doomsayer's Litany reaction as often as you like. In addition to its usual trigger, you can use Doomsayer's Litany whenever an ally's dying value increases. When you use the reaction, the +2 status bonus applies to any recovery checks or saving throw the ally attempts until the end of their next turn, instead of just the triggering recovery check. Whenever you use your Doomsayer's Litany reaction, you gain a status bonus equal to your doomed value or the doomed value of the triggering ally to attack rolls and saving throws until the end of your next turn.
