Your ancestry provides you some level of natural defense against specific types of damage. You gain resistance to the damage type listed by your ancestry's resistance entry equal to half your level.
Special If you have multiple damage types listed, you can take this feat multiple times. Each time you do so, select a different damage type.
Standardized Ancestry Feat
