The Mechanizers are violent extremists who forcibly convert living beings and other organic lifeforms into machines. The Mechanizers are driven by heartless efficiency and zealous belief in Singularitism, a philosophy that organic life will eventually become interconnected in a vast technological network before collectively apotheosizing and supplanting all other forms of divinity. Recently, the Starfinder Society revealed that the Mechanizers' philosophy was introduced by an unknown foreign power to weaponize the beliefs of Aballon's citizens against their Pact Worlds neighbors. The remaining Mechanizers call this revelation the First Trial, and many pursue the destruction of the Starfinder Society as a Second Trial.
