Thickly built and burly, spined renkrodas live on open plains, mesas, and plateaus. Unlike most renkrodas, their frill is a deadly weapon, lined with hundreds of footlong spines that serve as an excellent defense—and a deadly weapon.

All Creatures in "Renkroda"
Renkrodas are a family of large dinosaur-like predators native to the planet Castrovel. They've spread beyond the jungle planet's boundaries thanks to smugglers, poachers, and ultra-wealthy big-game hunters. Bipedal and strong with long necks and decorative spines, renkrodas are best known for their terrifying roars, which they bellow frequently as a form of long-range communication and to scare away other predators and scavengers. Over a dozen species of renkrodas exist, each specially adapted to their environment or ecological niche.
