You cause flowering vines or other plant matter to grow from an unattended tech object. Plant matter explodes from the target object, filling all squares within a 20-foot burst. Whenever a creature starts its turn in the area, it takes 2d6 piercing damage (basic Reflex save). On a critical failure, the creature is immobilized for 1 round or until it Escapes against your spell DC. The growth covers the object, requiring a creature to succeed at a DC 5 flat check to physically access the object for the spell's duration.
