The supernatural repository of all knowledge in the multiverse lies deep within the Astral Plane, completely unreachable except through esoteric techniques known to a few dimensional travelers. An island in a silver sea, this dimension appears to be a grand library, monumental cathedral, or opaline palace, depending on who's looking. The archive's contents appear fluid, simultaneously as vast metal rows of computer servers, stacks of dusty tomes, and constellations of crystals suspended midair.
