Boneyard Plane
Demigod psychopomp ushers serve Pharasma, many expediting the passing of mortals affiliated with specific planets. Conflicts in the Universe exacerbate the Boneyard's structure, with Arthalan First of the Last shepherding the inhabitants of the Azlanti Star Empire, while Vrasilon War's End acts as the usher for loyal servants of the Veskarium. Both psychopomp ushers maintain cordial relations despite the workload their mortal charges impart upon them with the burgeoning war.
The great moon-deity of Groetus looms above the Boneyard, a herald of the end of times. His orbit has decayed much since the Gap, with the moon nearing completion of an apocalyptic collision with Pharasma's Spire itself.
Pharasma's courts and the surrounding Graveyard of Souls aren't the only features atop the spire. Beyond the graveyard, the Spirelands manifest environments much like those of the varied worlds of the Universe, filled with the souls of neutral shades who have nowhere else to go, for they are unclaimed by any gods and did nothing in life to suggest any particular ethos. Pilgrims of the philosophy known as the Prophecies of Kalistrade wander these lands, hiding from psychopomps and other creatures while investigating some mysterious agenda within the Spirelands.
