Hungry Maw[reaction]Trigger A creature enters the 15-foot cone area in front of the maw; Effect The maw draws everything within the area of effect toward its processing mechanisms and then rolls initiative. Creatures in the affected area must attempt a DC 26 Reflex save. Any creature that starts its turn within the maw itself takes 1d10+9 bludgeoning damage, 1d10+9 piercing damage, and 1d10+9 slashing damage. A creature that dies within the maw is destroyed completely, along with all of their gear.
