Disable DC 22 Athletics (trained) to Climb or Swim to safety, or DC 25 Athletics (trained) to pull a creature to safety
Flash Flood [reaction] Trigger The Guiding Intelligence activates the hazard; Effect Scalding water deals 1d10 fire damage to all creatures. The hazard then rolls initiative.

Routine (1 action) A wave of scalding, 20-foot-deep water surges through town, dealing 2d8+9 fire damage to all creatures in the water (DC 21 basic Reflex save). Creatures in the water must hold their breath or begin drowning.

Reset The trap deactivates and resets after 3 rounds.
