Trigger You would be reduced to 0 Hit Points.
Requirements You have a tail.
In an embarrassing act of desperation, you sacrifice your tail to save your life. You're reduced to 1 Hit Point, rather than 0 Hit Points, and don't gain the unconscious or wounded conditions. Your tail falls off and flails around wildly, distracting your foes. You Stride up to your Speed, and don't trigger reactions due to this movement. Your tail grows back over 24 hours. While your tail is regrowing, you don't have a tail, your Speed is reduced by 5 feet, and you take a –2 status penalty to Acrobatics checks.

Traversal:These abilities can easily be adapted for other forms of movement. An action with this trait includes one or more Stride actions but can be easily adapted to other modes of movement. You can substitute a Burrow, Climb, Fly, or Swim action in place of any Stride actions if you have the corresponding movement type. (Any adjustments to the Stride, such as gaining a bonus or penalty to your Speed, still apply to the substituted movement type.)
